Spaghetti with tuna and olives recipes

Ingredients ˝ kg of spaghetti
Tuna sauce 440 grams of canned tuna in oil, drained (keep the oil) 1 large onion, minced 1 green bell pepper, sliced 1 teaspoon of minced garlic 375 grams of tomato paste ˝ cup (125 ml) of white wine 1 tablespoon of crushed black pepper 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, minced 8 black olives, without seeds and cut and in halves

Cook the spaghetti like it’s explained on the package.

Sauce: heat the tuna oil in a pan. Add the onion, bell pepper and garlic, fry for 3-4 minutes. Add the tomato paste and wine; cook for 3-4 minutes more.

Add the tuna and cook for 3-5 minutes stirring lightly. Pour the sauce over the spaghetti and mix will. Adorn with the pepper, parsley and olives.
