Soufflé of Oranges
- For: 6 servings
- Time: 60 minutes
Ingredients: 6 oranges 1 can of pineapple 3 eggs 1 cup Curacao 1 tbsp butter 6 tbsps sugar
Preparation:
- Cut the oranges in halves and remove from the pulp carefully.
- Cut the orange meat and pineapple in dices.
- Beat the egg yolks with 3 tbsps of sugar and the butter until foamy.
- Add the Curacao, the diced pineapple and oranges, mix. Fill the orange halves with the mix
- Beat the egg whites till stiff with 3 tbsps of sugar.
- Cover the orange halves and place into the oven for a while for it to gratin.
