Soufflé of Oranges

  • For: 6 servings
  • Time: 60 minutes

Ingredients:
6 oranges
1 can of pineapple
3 eggs
1 cup Curacao
1 tbsp butter
6 tbsps sugar

Preparation:

  1. Cut the oranges in halves and remove from the pulp carefully.
  2. Cut the orange meat and pineapple in dices.
  3. Beat the egg yolks with 3 tbsps of sugar and the butter until foamy.
  4. Add the Curacao, the diced pineapple and oranges, mix. Fill the orange halves with the mix
  5. Beat the egg whites till stiff with 3 tbsps of sugar.
  6. Cover the orange halves and place into the oven for a while for it to gratin.
