Snow Peaked Egg Recipe
Ingredients: 6 eggs Salt 240 grs of powdered sugar
For the cream: 4 dl of milk 1 vanilla stem 100 grs of sugar 2 tbsps of water 60 grs of sliced almonds
Preparation: Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Salt the egg whites and beat until stiff. Add 120 grs of sugar, the rest of the sugar is mixed with the egg yolks adding to it the boiled milk with the vanilla. Let it thicken at a low flame and remove from fire once it begins to boil. Stir the cream and pour it into a tray. Turn on the oven and boil water in a tray. Once the water boils, form the snow peak egg balls with two spoons and cook in the water for 2 minutes on each side. Remove, strain and let them cool off. Syrup is prepared with sugar and water.
Pour the English cream on a serving tray and place the snow peaked eggs sprinkling them with the sliced almonds and bathe them with the syrup.
