Ingredients
1 cover cake plate
1 cardboard circle for the hat
1 small round sponge cake
1 medium side sponge cake
1 cup cake
3 drops of black food coloring
1 small box of colorful chocolate chips
Assorted sweets to decorate the ayes
6 tooth picks
3 gummies
2 cups of whip cream
1 small colorful lace for the scarf
Preparation
- Cut a whole in the middle of the cardboard circle, mix ½ of cup of whip cream with black food coloring.
- Place the medium cake on the cover plate, and joint the small cake with tooth picks spread whip cream over the snow man, place the circle on one side of the head and add the cup cake creating a hat form, cover the rest of the hat with black whip cream.
- Make ayes with colorful chocolate chips, mouth with gummy place the colorful lace around the neck, and 4 colorful chips on the belly. Refrigerate the snow man for one hour before serving.
