Small Fried Cake Recipe
Ingredients: Green bananas Oil Honey Salt
Preparation: Peel the bananas and cut them in slices of 1cm.
Heat a frying pan with a little oil. Fry the bananas at a low flame until they are very soft and brown. Strain them. Mash them until they become a fine paste. Add a little salt on them.
With the banana paste make small cakes and fry again but this time with abundant oil and at a high flame until they are very brown. Strain them on a piece of paper for this to absorb the remaining oil. Bathe them with some spoons of honey at the moment of serving them.
