Simple Tart

  • For  6 servings

  • Time  1 hour 30 minutes

 

Ingredients
6 eggs
250 ml milk
6tbsps sugar
3tbsps flour

Preparation

  1. Candy a round mold.
  2. Mix 3 eggs with 3 tbsps of sugar, add milk. Pour into the mold.
  3. Beat 3 egg whites until stiff.
  4. Beat the other 3 egg yolks with 3 tbsps of sugar until they are creamy.
  5. Add egg whites and, finally, the flour slowly and carefully for it not to go down.
  6. Pour over the flan and put into oven in a double sauce pan for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from mold when cold.

Practical advice
Serve decorated with skimmed milk.
