Simple Tart
- For 6 servings

Ingredients 6 eggs 250 ml milk 6tbsps sugar 3tbsps flour
Preparation
- Candy a round mold.
- Mix 3 eggs with 3 tbsps of sugar, add milk. Pour into the mold.
- Beat 3 egg whites until stiff.
- Beat the other 3 egg yolks with 3 tbsps of sugar until they are creamy.
- Add egg whites and, finally, the flour slowly and carefully for it not to go down.
- Pour over the flan and put into oven in a double sauce pan for 20 minutes.
- Remove from mold when cold.
Practical advice Serve decorated with skimmed milk.
