Sherbet Cavas
It is a matter of a straws with "glamour", irresistible test it and will verify it for itself!
Ingredients 1 bottle of cavas of 750 cm3 750 ml of syrup of 22º Baumé 3 lemons (juice only) 2 oranges (juice only)
Preparation
- Devise the syrup with water and sugar in equal shares, leaving that the mixture be cooked until obtains the graduation that you have indicated.
- When the syrup be tepid, mix it with the cavas and with the juices previously filtered.
- Chill it in the freezer.
So that this straw has the adequate consistency, it is very convenient to use straw. If is not possible, when harms to be thickened, beat several times the mixture with intervals of half an hour.
