Salmon Pie Recipe
Ingredients 60 grs of butter 1 chopped onion 200 grs of mushrooms 2 teaspoons of lemon juice 220 grs of salmon filets 2 hard boiled eggs 2 teaspoons of parlay Salt and pepper 1 cup of cooked white rice 375 grs of pre made butter dough 1 pre beaten egg
Preparation
- Pre heat oven at 190c butter pan with butter or oil.
- In a small pan fry onion gradually add mushroom and lemon juice cook until golden brown.
- Melt butter in a small pot melt butter and fry the salmon until tender, remove form the fire, let the fish cool down add boil eggs, parley, salt, pepper mix carefully, in a side bowl mix milk cream with rice.
- Spread the dough over butter pan, pour half of rice over the dough on top add the salmon mix then mushrooms with fry onions and the rest of the rice, cover the pie with left over dough, and bake pie for 40 minutes.
