Ingredients
150 gr sugar
2 tspn vanilla
50 ml rum
250 ml white wine
2 eggs + 4 yolks
250 ml milk cream
Preparation
- Beat the eggs in a double sauce pan with the wine, sugar and vanilla, without it boiling. Once the mixture takes on a spongy texture, place the pot in a pan full of cold water and keep beating until it cools.
- Add the rum, beat the milk cream and add as well and refrigerate.
