Ingredients
650 grs glazed sugar
125 ml milk
125 grs butter
200 grs condensed milk
1 tspn sugar cane syrup
Preparation
- Butter pan with oil or butter, cover the pan with wax paper.
- cook in low fire in a small pot, sugar and milk with a lid on for 20 minutes add sugar cane syrup , butter and condensed milk and mix until obtaining a smooth substance, boil this mix for 30 minutes,
- remove the mix from the fire and let it cool down for 1 minute
- Beat with an electric mixer until it turns to a creamy substance.
- pour the batter in the pan and cover the pan with a lid or aluminum foil, cut in candy size
