Russian Rolls Recipe
Ingredients 30 grs yeast Warm milk 200 grs flour 80 grs butter 2 teaspoon sugar Grated lemon peel 1 egg Milk
Cream 100 grs nuts 100 grs raisins 2 teaspoon vanilla Whip cream
Dough Preparation Dissolve the yeast in warm milk. In a medium size cooking bowl place flour , butter , sugar, grated lemon peel and the dissolve yeast mix all the ingredients until obtaining a smooth dough , if the dough its to dry milk can be added , let the dough rise for 1 hour
Cream Preparation
- In a small cooking bowl mix the dry fruit, sugar, vanilla and whip cream, beat until obtaining a creamy substance.
- Roll the dough on the table; spread the cream over the dough. Roll the dough and cut in circles.
- Bake in the oven for 35 minutes; let it cool down before serving.
