Russian Charlotte

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons of soluble coffee
5 egg yokes
80grs of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
½ liter of milk
6 Jell-O spoons
½ liter of cream
2tbs of rum
2tbs of white wine
20 biscuits
Cherries

Preparation
Beat the egg yokes, and mix them together with the sugar and vanilla. Add the milk, soluble coffee and dissolved jell-O to it. Boil this for a few minutes. Before it cools off add 1tbsp of rum and half of the whipped cream to this mixture. Cut the biscuits into lady fingers. Mix the white wine with the rest of the rum, and dip the lady like fingers into this mixture. Place the pie mold on a pan and accommodate the lady fingers to the height of the mold directing the sugared part towards the mold. Pour the mixture into mold. Place in the refrigerator. Decorate the cake with the rest of the whipped cream and cherries. Withdraw the mold and serve it.
