Ricotta with Prune Gelatin Cake Recipe
Ingredients Batter 180 grs flour 120 grs butter 45 grs chopped nuts 50 grs sugar ½ teaspoon baking powder 1 egg
Frosting 400 grs ricotta 150 grs sugar 2 egg yolks Lemon juice 2 teaspoons cornstarch
Decoration 12 prunes 50 grs marzipan Liquor 2 egg yolks 2 teaspoons cornstarch 2 teaspoons of Strawberry gel low 500 grs whip cream
Preparation
- In cooking bowl place flour, chopped nuts sugar, baking powder and egg mix all the ingredients until obtaining soft dough, let the dough sit for 15 minutes.
- Spread the dough over a butter pan; bake the dough for 15 minutes.
- Beat ricotta, sugar, egg s yolks, cornstarch until obtaining a creamy substance.
- Pour the cream over the baked dough and put back in the oven, bake for 35 minutes.
- Soften the marzipan with liquor, gradually add the dry fruit and mix well.
- Add the gel low to the mix above, refrigerate until gel low hardens
- Decorated with whip cream.
