Ricotta with Prune Gelatin Cake Recipe

Ingredients
Batter
180 grs flour
120 grs butter
45 grs chopped nuts
50 grs sugar
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 egg

Frosting 
400 grs ricotta
150 grs sugar
2 egg yolks
Lemon juice
2 teaspoons cornstarch

Decoration
12 prunes
50 grs marzipan
Liquor
2 egg yolks
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons of Strawberry gel low   
500 grs whip cream

Preparation

  1. In cooking bowl place flour, chopped nuts sugar, baking powder and egg mix all the ingredients until obtaining soft dough, let the dough sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Spread the dough over a butter pan; bake the dough for 15 minutes.
  3. Beat ricotta, sugar, egg s yolks, cornstarch until obtaining a creamy substance.
  4. Pour the cream over the baked dough and put back in the oven, bake for 35 minutes.
  5. Soften the marzipan with liquor, gradually add the dry fruit and mix well.
  6. Add the gel low to the mix above, refrigerate until gel low hardens 
  7. Decorated with whip cream.
