Ricotta Pie Recipe
Ingredients 200 grs flour 100 grs sugar 100 grs butter A pinch of salt ½ teaspoon of baking powder 1 egg 1 egg yolk Grated lemon peel
Stuffing 250 grs ricotta ½ cup of cream cheese ½ teaspoon of flour 1 pear cut in pieces 150 grs sugar 3 eggs Sugar
Preparation
- Preparation in cooking bowl place flour, butter, sugar, baking powder and egg yolk , mix all the ingredients until obtaining smooth dough let the dough sit for 15 minutes .
- Spread the dough over a butter pan and cook for 15 minutes.
- In small bowl beat, ricotta, eggs, pear, grated lemon and sugar until obtaining a creamy substance, pour the ricotta cream over the pre cook pie dough place the pie back in the oven, cook for 30 minutes Served cold.
