Ricotta Orange Tart Recipe
Ingredients 500 grs of pre made sponge cake 500 grs of ricotta 150 grs orange jelly 1 small cup of orange liquor 1 cup of sugar 80 grs of white chocolate chips 60 grs of nuts 2 cups of whipped cream
Preparation
- Cut sponge cake in 2 layers and pour orange liquor and spread orange jelly in the inside layer of cake.
- In a flat plate squash ricotta adding whip cream, sugar chocolate chips, nuts, mix all the ingredients until obtaining a smooth creamy.
- Spread ricotta cream over the top layer of sponge cake; refrigerate cake for 1 hour before serving.
