Ricotta Nectarine Pie Recipe
Ingredients 300 grs pre made butter dough 300 grs of ricotta 500 grs nectarines 50 grs of raisins 100 grs of sugar 1 egg 1 small cup of brandy 50 grs chopped nuts Glazed sugar to decorate
Preparation
- Pre heat oven at 180c, butter pan, spread dough on the pan.
- Cut nectarines and raisins.
- In a small cooking bowl squash ricotta with a fork until its creamy add raisins, nectarines, egg, and brandy, mix until obtaining a creamy batter, pour the ricotta cream over the pie crust and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and decorate with glazed sugar.
