Rice Pudding Recipe
Ingredients: 70grs of rice 1 liter of milk 4 spoons of sugar Lemon skin Powdered cinnamon
Preparation: Place the milk on the fire with a piece of lemon peel. Once the milk boils add the rice and let it cook for ¾ of an hour at a low flame stirring it frequently. Add the sugar a few minutes before the preparation is ready. It should be very soft and a little juicy.
Once the rice has boiled pour it on a deep container or in dishes. Let it cool off and after place it in the refrigerator. Sprinkle the powdered cinnamon on top of the rice pudding before serving.
