Rice in Natural Remedies

Curative properties 

Acidity, digestive: eat rice daily.  It is very useful while pregnant.

Acne, hemorrhoids, skin inflammation, burns:  put rice flour in any natural porous fiber and apply a cataplasm over affected area.

Stomach affections: drink rice water.

Lower blood pressure: eat rice regularly, 2 to 4 times a week, without exceeding the use of salt.

Cholesterol: to reduce bad cholesterol, eat brown rice regularly.

Diarrhea: grind brown rice, burn it and take one to two spoonfuls 3 times a day.  You can also have boiled white rice with a little bit of oil and salt.  Besides, drink the resulting rice water from boiling 2 spoonfuls of rice in half a liter of water.  Let stand for an hour, stirring occasionally.  Strain and drink half a cup every two hours.

Diuretic: eat rice daily.

Menstrual problems: to avoid pain and bloating, eat rice on a daily basis days before your menstruation.

Gastritis: for chronic cases, burn white rice, crush and drink with the infusion of ginger, two times a day before meals.  Repeat 3 days and then maintain a liquid diet, without any raw, cold or greasy foods.

Laxative: wash the rice and take to a boil.  Add sabila and drink the liquid.

Osteoporosis: to prevent its appearance, eat brown rice regularly.  The silicon that contains the skin is useful for bone formation.

Vomits: As symptom of some disease with fever, eat cooked rice in a lot of water, forming almost a liquid paste.  If a baby has vomits when taking breast milk, toast brown rice, add water and boil. Then give this mixture to the baby.
