Rice Berry Pie Recipe
Ingredients 250 grs of rice 350 grs of berries 2 cups of milk 220 grs of sugar 4 eggs 50 grs of butter
Preparation
- In a small pot boil rice with abundant water, strain the rice and soak in milk, melt butter and add to the rice, put the rice back in a cooking pot and let it cook, until the milk its evaporated, add 100 grs of sugar gradually beating very fast add eggs 1 by 1 and berries.
- Cook the pie in oven in double sauce pan for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven; let the pie cool down before serving.
