Rice and Pear Tart Recipe
Ingredients 350 grs of rice flour 300 grs of butter 250 grs of sugar 4 eggs 1 teaspoon of lemon peel 1 teaspoon of vanilla 3 pears Glazed sugar to decorate tart
Preparation
- In a small bowl beat butter and sugar until creamy gradually add eggs, grated lemon peel, vanilla and rice flour mix all the ingredients until obtaining a creamy batter, cut and peel pears and add to the batter.
- Pre heat oven at 180c, butter pan with butter or oil, pour the batter on the pan, bake for 40 minutes. Let the pie cool down decorate pie with glazed sugar.
