Ingredients
1 handful of rhubarb, chopped and diced
180 grams of sugar
150 ml of water
Preparation
Place the rhubarb in a pot and add in the sugar and the water. Cook it without covering it, stirring it every once in a while for ten minutes or until the rhubarb softens. Make sure to not over cook it though or it would lose its beautiful pinkish color. Blend it up in the blender.
