Rhubarb Pie Recipe
Ingredients 300 grs of flour 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1 teaspoon of sugar 90 grs of butter 300 grs of rhubarb 100 grs of sugar 1 teaspoon of grated lemon 1 teaspoon of orange juice 400 grs of cut apples
Preparation

In small cooking bowl beat with an electric mixer, flour, butter, baking powder and water until obtaining smooth dough; refrigerate the dough for 1 hour before using

Cut the rhubarb, place in a pot with sugar, orange peel, and orange juice let it boil for 1 hour in low fire until the rhubarb is tender.

Remove the rhubarb from the fire and let it cool down.

Add the apples, sugar, and mix well.

Pre heat oven at 180c butter pan with butter or oil, spread pie dough on the butter pan, pour rhubarb sauce over the pie crust cover the pie with left over dough, bake in the oven for 45 minutes. Remove the pie from the oven and decorate pie with glazed sugar.
