Ingredients
450 grs rhubarb
125 grs orange nectar
2 -3 tables spoon glazed sugar
4 pieces of orange peels cut in long strips
Preparation
- peal and wash the rhubarb , cut in pieces cook in low fire with the orange nectar let it boil for 5 minutes or until the rhubarb is tender let it cool down for a few minutes
- blend until obtaining a smooth substance ,add sugar
- place the sauce in a pot and refrigerated until its thickens
- in a small pot cook in 250 ml the orange peel until the peel is tender , strain
- Served the frosting with ice cream and decorated with the orange peel.
