Red Fruit Festival Pie Recipe
Ingredients 500 grs of pre made butter dough 200 grs of strawberries 200 grs blackberries 200 grs cranberries 200 grs of blueberries 200 grs of chopped melon 16 cherries 2 cups of Boston cream
Preparation
- Pre oven at 180c, butter pan, spread dough on pan and bake, for 20 minutes, remove from oven and let it cool down.
- Spread Boston cream, and selected fruit, put back in the oven and bake for 20 more minutes. Let the pie cool down before serving.
