Red Bell Pepper in Natural Remedies

Curative properties

Circulation: eat regularly since it helps blood circulation.

Cuts, hemorrhages: grind pepper and apply over affected area.  Wrap with any natural porous fiber and leave for several minutes. Avoid using cotton that way the fuss doesn’t get in the wound.

Digestive, gases: prepare half a liter of pepper juice and mix with orange and spinach juice. Drink little by little throughout the day.

Muscular and back pain: crush a pepper and eat at the first symptom.  Since this vegetable irritates tissue and increases blood supply, it reduces the pain sensibility.

Expectorant: grind the pepper until it becomes a thick powder and eat to provoke cough.

Skin marks: drink the pepper juice, without any seeds, or apply mixed with carrots over affected area.

Precaution
In case of pregnancy or nursing, do not follow any treatment without medical supervision. The pepper can irritate urine tract system temporarily.  In some cases, direct contact with the seeds can provoke itching.
