Raspberry Marmalade
Ingredients Raspberries, 1 kilogram Sugar, 900 grams
Preparation Wash the fruit well then place it in a recipient with the sugar. Allow it to sit for 2 hours. Then cook at moderate heat and continue mixing so that it does not stick to the bottom and until it acquires a marmalade consistency. Put it inside a jar while it is still hot. Allow it to cool and then store in the refrigerator.
