Raspberry Jam
Ingredients for ½ a liter 250 gr. of raspberries 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice 250 gr. of sugar
- Wash out the raspberries, place them in a bowl smash them.
- Once their pulp, add the sugar end lemon juice.
- Beat the mixture well.
- Wash the crystals recipients with hot water, and let them drip dry.
- Fill the crystal recipients with the raspberry jam and close them immediately. The jam will last for about 6 weeks in a fresh place.
