Raspberry Jam

 

Ingredients for ½ a liter
250 gr. of raspberries
1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice
250 gr. of sugar
  • Preparation time: 30 min
  1. Wash out the raspberries, place them in a bowl smash them.
  2. Once their pulp, add the sugar end lemon juice.
  3. Beat the mixture well.
  4. Wash the crystals recipients with hot water, and let them drip dry.
  5. Fill the crystal recipients with the raspberry jam and close them immediately. The jam will last for about 6 weeks in a fresh place.
