Raspberry Ice Cream

 
Ingredients
500 gr raspberries
12 tbspn sugar
1 lemon (juice only, optional)
300 ml milk cream

Preparation

  1. Blend the raspberries with the lemon juice.
  2. Beat the milk cream and add the sugar, mix well.
  3. Mix the raspberry puree with the milk cream and refrigerate.
