Raclette

Ingredients:
Dow
200grs of flower
100grs of butter
1 pinch of salt
3tbsp of water
4tbsp of white wine

Garnish:
3 cooked potatoes
2 small onions
25grs of butter
200grs of raclette cheese
2 sour apples

Sauce:
ΒΌ of a liter of milk cream
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of ground white pepper

Preparation
Dow
Place the flower over a board, throw the butter in the middle, and mix well with the flower. Add the salt, water and white wine to the paste and mix well. Let this paste marinating for 2hrs, and if possible empty it into a metallic mold.

Garnish
Peel and grate the potatoes; peel and cut up the onion into onion rings; cut the cheese into thin slices; peel the apples and withdraw their seed. Place all this on top of the paste in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 35 – 40min. After the first 25min pass pour the cream and whipped egg into the pan. Served hot
