Quince Jam

 

Quince Jam

  • For: 6-8 servings
  • Time: 60 minutes

 

Ingredients:
12 big, yellow quinces
Sugar (the same weight as the quinces)

Preparation:

  1. Cook the quinces in an express pot for 20 minutes.
  2. Peel and make the pulp into a puree.
  3. Add the sugar and cook for 30 or 35 minutes stirring continuously.
  4. Fill the freezer’s molds or trays, wrap in transparent paper when it’s cold.
