12 big, yellow quinces
Sugar (the same weight as the quinces)
Preparation:
- Cook the quinces in an express pot for 20 minutes.
- Peel and make the pulp into a puree.
- Add the sugar and cook for 30 or 35 minutes stirring continuously.
- Fill the freezer’s molds or trays, wrap in transparent paper when it’s cold.
