Quick Marzipan

 

Quick Marzipan

  • For: 225 grs of marzipan
  • Time: 105 minutes

 

Ingredients:
100 grs of raw ground almonds
2 tbsps lemon extract
1 egg white
100 grs glazed sugar

Preparation:

  1. Mix the glazed sugar and almonds in a bowl.
  2. Add the lemon extract and the lightly beat egg white.
  3. Work on it until you get a paste and can form a ball.
  4. Extend it with your hands until you can make a sort of marzipan roller.
  5. Wrap it well with aluminum foil and place in fridge for 7 days max.
  6. Cut in slices to serve.
  7. You can decorate as you wish making different shapes for more variety.

Yolk Nougat
Time: 50 minutes

Preparation:

  1. The preparation is the same as the marzipan nougat, you just have to add  six egg yolks to the almond paste one by one and stirring quickly for it not to curdle.
