Quick Flan

  • For: 6 servings
  • Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk
2 cups of water
3 eggs
Skimmed milk, dried peaches

Preparation:

  1. Pour the milk and the water in a porcelain pot and let it cook for 15 minutes until it’s reduced to the half. Let it cool off a little and add the lightly beat eggs.
  2. Put into a mold with toasted sugar and cook in a double sauce pan in the oven carefully because it hardens quickly.
  3. Once cold remove from mold and decorate with skimmed milk and dried peaches.
