Quick and Easy Brownie Recipe
Brownies
Ingredients 180 grams of bitter chocolate (in bar, broken up) 45 grams butter (in small pieces) 1 egg ¼ of a cup of sugar 1 teaspoon of vanilla 30 grams of flour 60 grams of almonds (sliced) 6 ice cream balls (flavors of your choice)
Preparation of Recipe
In a double boiler pot put 125 grams of the chocolate, and all the butter to melt it down, stir it for about 5 minutes, or until the chocolate and butter makes a smooth mixture.
Whip the egg, sugar, and vanilla until its fluffy. Keep whipping and go adding the chocolate mixture, then the flour, almonds, and the remaining chocolate pieces. Empty this mixture into a round oiled mold, (20 cm. diameter) and cook for 15-20 minutes or until it’s cooked. Unmold it upside down over a rag and let it cool off for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Cut the brownies in pieces an serve them warm accompanied with ice cream
