Quesadilla Recipe
Ingredients: ½ kg of white grated cheese ½ kg of sugar 8 eggs Butter Flour
Preparation: Crack the eggs and separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until it becomes a very white cream. Beat the egg whites on a side until stiff.
Mix the egg yolks with the egg whites and add the grated cheese to the mix, make sure you don’t work the dough too much for the egg whites not to flatten too much.
Turn on the oven and graduate it to a high heat. Butter a mold of tall sides and sprinkle with a little flour. Make sure that the mold isn’t completely full with the dough. Let the quesadilla cook for 45 minutes in the oven. To make sure it is cooked poke the center of the cake with a fine tip knife, making sure it comes out completely dry.
