Ingredients
125 grams of butter
125 grams of sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
90 grams of prepared flour
30 grams of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of powdered yeast
1 tablespoon of milk
125 grams of brown sugar
30 grams of extra cocoa powder
30 ml of hot water
Double whipped cream, for serving
Preparation
- Mix the butter and the sugar until you obtain a spongy mixture. Then add in the eggs and the vanilla extract and beat until you obtain a creamy mixture. Sieve the flour, the cocoa powder and the yeast. Add to the butter and sugar mixture and beat well until all of the ingredients are mixed in well. Add the milk. Place this mixture in a previously greased baking pan of around 1.2 l of capacity.
- Put the brown sugar and the cocoa powder in a recipient and gradually go adding in hot water. Carefully pour it over the pudding dough.
- Bake at a moderate temperature (190 degrees) for 40 minutes until the pudding becomes firm. Serve hot accompanied by the sauce.
