Process of elaboration of Popsicles with mixture 1
Preparation of the pulp Before beginning, you will need to prepare the pulp of the fruit; in this case we will say cactus fruit. For this you will need to blend the peeled fruit with a little bit of water and then strain the juice.
Weighing Weight the ingredients. To dissolve the components, mix the CMC with a part of the sugar.
Mixing and homogenizing While blending you will have finished mixing the ingredients.
Putting the Popsicles in molds Put the mixture in a homogenous form into the Popsicle molds.
Freezing Place the molds in a recipient with brine at – 25 degrees C. or in the freezer.
Mold removing and storing Remove the Popsicles from the molds, package them and store them in the freezer between –10 and –25 degrees C.
