Praline Ice Cream

Ingredients
500 ml milk
150 ml milk cream
4 egg yolks
125 gr sugar
1 tbspn vanilla powder
100 gr ground almonds

Preparation

  1. Boil milk with vanilla. Add the ground almonds and let them cook for 30 min.
  2. Heat the milk cream at low flame.
  3. Mix the yolks with the sugar and beat until it forms a smooth white mix. Add the milk cream and milk beating constantly.
  4. Put on low flame until it thickens without it boiling.
  5. Let it cool and refrigerate.
