Praline Ice Cream
Ingredients 500 ml milk 150 ml milk cream 4 egg yolks 125 gr sugar 1 tbspn vanilla powder 100 gr ground almonds
Preparation
- Boil milk with vanilla. Add the ground almonds and let them cook for 30 min.
- Heat the milk cream at low flame.
- Mix the yolks with the sugar and beat until it forms a smooth white mix. Add the milk cream and milk beating constantly.
- Put on low flame until it thickens without it boiling.
- Let it cool and refrigerate.
