Ingredients
125 grams of sugar
2 tablespoons of water
1 teaspoon of fresh limejuice
60 grams of toasted laminated almonds

Preparation

  1. Mix the sugar, the water and the limejuice and heat it over low heat stirring until the sugar dissolves. Without mixing, increase the heat to medium and let it boil until the mixture starts to caramelize.
  2. Pot the almonds in the caramel and immediately, pour this onto a previously greased pan. Let it cool until it hardens and break it off in small pieces.
