Pork Fillets with Mustard Cream Recipe

Ingredients 30 grams butter 2 sliced onions ˝ kilo pork fillets, cut into thin strips 1 tablespoon flour 1 cup (250 ml) dry white wine 1 tablespoon mustard ˝ cup thick cream Black pepper
Preparation
1. Fry the onions in the butter for 3-4 minutes. Set them aside. Add the meat and cook for 5 minutes.
2. Put the onions back in the frying pan with the meat and add the flour, cook for 1 minute. Little by little pour the wine and mix well. Add the mustard and cook over medium fire, constantly stirring until it boils and thickens. Add the cream, pepper and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Serving suggestion Serve with spaghetti in butter and steamed asparagus.
