Pork Fillets with Grapefruit Recipe

Ingredients 60 grams butter 2 pork fillets, ¼ kilo each 2 tablespoons grated grapefruit skin 3 tablespoons grapefruit juice 2 tablespoons brown sugar ½ cup canned apple puree 4 tablespoons chicken broth 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons chopped scallions 1 peeled grapefruit, in pieces
Preparation
1. Fry the fillets in butter, over medium heat 8-10 minutes per side, or until they are cooked.
2. Add the grapefruit skin and juice, the sugar, apple puree, broth and juice. When it boils, turn down the heat and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Add the onions and grapefruit pieces. Pour over the pork and serve.
