Pork Chops with Redcurrant Jelly Recipes

Ingredients 2 teaspoons oil 4 pork chops 3 tablespoons redcurrant jelly ˝ cup canned blueberries, keep the juice separately 1 teaspoon strawberry jam 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons red wine 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Preparation 1. Heat up the oil in a large frying pan; fry the chops over medium heat for 5 minutes (each side). Take them out of the frying pan and keep them warm.
2. Put the jelly in the frying pan, with the blueberry juice, the strawberry jam, lemon juice the wine, vinegar and sugar, stirring constantly. When the mix boils, turn the heat down and let it cook for 3 more minutes, Add the blueberries. Pour this sauce over the chops and serve.
Serving suggestion Serve the chops with steamed or microwave broccoli, potatoes and pumpkin.
