Pork chops in orange recipe

Ingredients 2 tablespoons of ground coriander freshly ground black pepper 4 pork chops 1 tablespoon of oil 15 grams of butter 1 cup (250 ml) of orange juice 2 tablespoons of orange jam
Preparation

Mix the coriander with the black pepper and powder over the pork chops. Heat the oil and butter in a pan and fry the chops at high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the golden.

Add the orange juice and jam and cook for another 10-15 minutes or until they are well cooked and the sauce is thick.
