Plum Marmalade
Ingredients Plums (puree), 1 kilogram Sugar, 3 cups
Preparation Cut and cook the plums in a very small amount of water until they are tender. Then strain them. Weigh the total amount and for each kilogram add in 3 cups of sugar. Cook at a moderate heat for approximately 30 minutes. Allow it to cool and put it in a jar. Store in the refrigerator.
