Ingredients
Ripe plums, 1 kilogram
Sugar, 2 cups
Preparation
Peel and take the seeds out of the plums. Place them in a pot along with the sugar. Stir it and allow it to sit for one day. Then place the preparation in a pot and cook on moderate heat. Allow it to boil for 20 minutes. Take it off the heat and allow it to sit for another day. Then cook it again. Make sure to always stir it with a wooden spoon so that it does not stick on the bottom and until it acquires the desired consistency. Bottle and store in the refrigerator.
