Plum, Pear and Peach Sweet
Ingredients Fruit, 1 kilogram Sugar, 700 grams
Preparation Peel and cut the fruit in half and get rid of the pits and seeds. Place the fruit in a glass recipient and add in the sugar. Allow this mixture to macerate for 8 to 10 hours. Place the preparation in a casserole and cook over low heat. Stir every once in awhile with a wooden spoon. Allow it to boil for around 20 minutes. Increase the heat and boil the mixture until it acquires the desired consistency. Stir periodically. Place the sweet in previously sterilized jars. Then keep in the refrigerator.
