Pink Ice Cream Cup Recipe
Ingredients: ¾ liter of milk 6 eggs 1 small can of pineapple 100grs of conserved cherries 250grs of sugar 1 cup of kirsch 300grs of skimmed milk
Preparation: To make the cream, place the egg yolks and 200grs of sugar, mix it all very well after which the previously boiled milk is added. Cook in the stove stirring constantly with a wooden spoon for the cream to get thick without letting it boil.
Mix 4 spoons of pineapple syrup with the cup of kirsch. Place the cream along with this mix into the freezer, stir well and let it freeze until you get a hard and consistent ice cream. Stir the cream every 10 to 15 minutes until it gets hard this way the ice cream will get an appropriate consistency.
The ice cream is served in champagne cups decorated with the diced pineapple. Make a small pyramid in the center of each cup with the cherries which will be surrounded by a string of sugared skimmed milk.
