Pineapple with Cream and Rum

  • For: 6 servings
  • Time: 60 minutes

Ingredients:
6 pineapple slices

Rum cream
½ liter milk
4 egg yolks
10 grs cornstarch
1 cup rum
120 grs sugar

Preparation:

  1. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, the cornstarch and the cup of rum in a proper container to make a perfect mix.
  2. On the meantime boil the milk.
  3. When it’s warm, pour on the previous mix, stir and place on the fire for it to thicken without letting it boil and stirring constantly with a wooden spatula.
  4. Remove from fire and let it cool off.
  5. Serve the pineapple with the cream decorating it artistically.
