Pineapple with Cream and Rum
- For: 6 servings
- Time: 60 minutes
Ingredients: 6 pineapple slices
Rum cream ½ liter milk 4 egg yolks 10 grs cornstarch 1 cup rum 120 grs sugar
Preparation:
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, the cornstarch and the cup of rum in a proper container to make a perfect mix.
- On the meantime boil the milk.
- When it’s warm, pour on the previous mix, stir and place on the fire for it to thicken without letting it boil and stirring constantly with a wooden spatula.
- Remove from fire and let it cool off.
- Serve the pineapple with the cream decorating it artistically.
