Ingredients
200 grs flour
65 grs chopped nuts
A pinch of salt
3 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of grated lemon peel, baking powder, water, rum, milk and water
1 egg
1 tropical Pineapple cut in slices
1/12 pineapple jelly
Sauce
200 grs whip cream
1 teaspoon glazed sugar
2 teaspoon of kirsch
Preparation
- Mix the flour, butter, sugar nuts, grated lemon peel and baking powder add the eggs, and mix until obtaining smooth dough. Cover a medium size pan with the dough
- Bake the dough for 15 minutes remove from the fire, cover the dough with sliced pineapple and put back in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, add the pineapple jelly and glazed sugar, and let the tart cool down.
- Beat cream, sugar and kirsch until obtaining a creamy substance .served the tart with the cream.
