Pineapple Pie Recipe
Ingredients 360 grs of flour 400 grs sugar 2 eggs 120 grs of butter 8 teaspoons of milk 2 teaspoons of baking powder 8 slices of canned pineapple
Preparation
- In a small cooking bowl beat eggs and sugar until creamy gradually add butter and milk keep beating add sifted flour, baking powder beat until obtaining a smooth batter.
- Pre heat oven at 180c, butter the pan with butter or oil pour the batter on the pan add the slices of pineapple, bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Let the pie cool before serving.
