Pineapple Ice Cream Recipe
A lot of pieces of pineapple make this ice cream very fruity. Its flavor is at its best when it has just been prepared.
Ingredient 1 pineapple Limejuice of ½ lime 1 white chocolate bar (100 grams) 50 ml of milk 30 grams of glazing sugar 200 grams of cream ½ cup (10 ml) of rum or rum essence
- Preparation time: 20 minutes approximately
- Freezing time: 8 hours
Preparation
- Cut the leaves from the pineapple and peel the peel very thickly. Take the pulp off of the hard middle and cut them into fine slices. Then cut them into small pieces.
- Put the pieces of pineapple and the juice of the fruit and cover it with the limejuice. Let it sit covered.
- Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it with the milk over low heat while constantly mixing. Or pour the milk and the chocolate into a microwave bowl and melt it for 2 minutes. Then smooth it out with a whisk.
- Allow the chocolate mixture t cool and stir it every once in awhile.
- Sift the glazing sugar. Mix the cream with the sugar.
- Every once in awhile mix the cooled chocolate mixture.
- Mix the pieces of pineapple and their juice, with the rum into the creamy chocolate mixture.
- Place the preparation in a 1 liter plastic bowl and freeze it for 8 hours at a temperature of at least –18 degrees C. Stir it every 1 to 2 hours.
